Fermented foods producer and Wallingford vendor Britt's Pickles will be at the Farmstand Demo tent today. Owner Adele Eustis will walk through the basics of making your own kraut and other ferments at home. She'll show just how easy it is to transform a head of farmers market cabbage into a jar of probiotic-rich sauerkraut. 

The health benefits of eating fermented foods are numerous and continue to emerge.
