Alvarez & Alm Hill Spring Vegetable Kimchi

Ingredients list: 

  • 1 bunch breakfast radish
  • 1 bunch spring garlic
  • 1 bunch red green onion
  • ½ tsp ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili flake
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sparkling water

Preparation:

  1. Slice all the vegetables thin and place them in a bowl. Make sure to add radish greens as well.
  2. Mix ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar, chili flake and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the sparkling water and serve.
