Chef Rachel Yang, owner of Wallingford's Joule Restaurant, just around the corner from the Wallingford Farmers Market, will be performing our opening day cooking demonstration today, May 20th, from 4-5 p.m. Chef Yang brings a wonderful pairing of French and Korean culinary disciplines to her cooking, and she always provides market shoppers with simple yet elegant ideas for preparing the fresh bounty of the market.
Chef Yang has swapped demo dates with Chef Dustin Ronspies of Art of the Table, who will now demo on June 17th. Chef Ronspies is unfortunately ill today. We greatly appreciate Chef Yang for altering her schedule to cover for Chef Ronspies at the last minute.
